Skills Required



• Strong Project Management Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; proficiency in the Adobe creative suite (Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.); experience in SharePoint, WordPress, Concept Send, and social mediums is preferred

• Strong written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills

• Keen business understanding and instincts and the ability to establish credibility and build relationships at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree International Marketing ,Management , MBA preferred

• Minimum two years of experience and demonstrated success in a marketing, communication and/or business development role, International markets and experience with marketing management and product launches.

• Male : 27 – 35 years old

Job Description:



• Understand the assigned country(s) requirements, identify customer needs, capture trends and competitive threats to create effective marketing plans.



• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the product, competition, category, and customer trends to enhance the products’ equity and marketplace performance.



• Analyzes and provides customer-, category-, and product/brand information to support sales in marketing management.



• Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors to help Leadership in recommending base and stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.



• Act as point of reference for product/market related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues across different functions to address issues that may arise.



• Marketing Management



• Aid in the development of growth targets, business objectives and product/brand strategies for the product/brand that aligns with global business plan.



• Assist in marketing planning process for assigned markets by developing and executing annual target setting and market strategy review. Also participates in and contributes to annual marketing operating plan reviews.



• Execute campaigns, programs, tools and solutions to support assigned markets



• Steward of the product & brand that supports our product promise, product vision, product position, product architecture and achieves overall business goals for the products.



• Engages, inspires and galvanizes the organization around the product vision, position and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise



• Analyzes market, customer, and competitive information to support International marketing team



• Partners with Medical Education and Professional Affairs to support customer education programs



• Sales Force Effectiveness



• Provide product, sales and market training



• Work closely with management to develop country plans and implement key strategic initiatives



• Marketing Communication



• •Work together with Marketing Communications Manager for the development of:



• Execution of marketing initiatives, including sales aids, training tools, education resources, print/web-based communications, and promotional literature



• Sales team training materials, including product modules and key messages and collaterals



• Provide product, sales and market training
